Vision Concept Aviation Training Institute to launch its new programme for students

DUBAI: Vision Concept Aviation Training Institute (VCATI), set up in Dubai in 2013 as an independent aircraft maintenance training and examination organisation is launching its education programme for students in September 2017.

The first programme to be delivered to students is an internationally recognised licence for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs).

The 2-year course, due to start in September, has been endorsed by UAE’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority KHDA and approved by UAE General Civil Aviation Authority GCAA. VCATI is an approved CAR147 organisation under CAR66.

A-level or Class XII students from any stream are eligible to join the 2-year programme work. At the end of the training they will be licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) eligible to work in the aviation industry anywhere in the world at an attractive remuneration. To begin with, VCATI will offer courses leading to licences or certifications for Aircraft Maintenance in 4 categories.
