All of this couldn’t have been possible with the support of you all, who foresee the importance of technology in construction and I hope that this support will continue in future also.
Coming to Karachi’s current scenario Shoaib Khan said; “we all know high rise buildings are the only feasible option for Karachi’s housing needs, as they are secure and affordable and currently we are 1 million houses short to offer. Apart from housing needs, high rise building can accommodate office blocks, hospitality sector etc and beautiful sky-scrapers and sky-lines define the landscape of any mega metropolis and here in Karachi, this is exactly what we are missing”.
On the concluding note Shoaib Khan said; “I wouldn’t be doing any justice if don’t mention dedication and support of my team Khalid Zafar, Tanveer Ahsan and Saqib who have worked day-in and day-out to make my job easier and to make all this possible. Technology support from dear friend Sandeep Patel, President Sterling Engineering Group of Companies, USA is the core encouragement which results in where we are today”.
