DUBAI: The Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA) has announced that it has formed a new category for its members, the Strategic Corporate Members, and established the Strategic Corporate Members Committee, which would include MEFMA’s pioneering members. The recent development, announced during a reception held on March 14, 2018 at The Viewing Deck, The Palace Downtown Hotel in Dubai, is in line with its efforts to further consolidate the regional FM industry in various initiatives including research, educational programs and formulating sustainable FM strategies.

Jamal Lootah, President, MEFMA, said: “As the regional facilities management sector continues to evolve, it is an opportune time to thank all the association’s members for their continuous efforts and commitment to push for growth in the management of the built environment and relevant sectors. MEFMA is steadfast in implementing sustainable FM strategies and the members’ contributions are undoubtedly significant towards an integrated management of all aspects of the FM sector and in attracting global leaders to become part of our regional activities.”
