DUBAI: Emirates Aviation University today welcomed Major-General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-chief of Dubai Police at its main campus at Dubai Academic City.
Major-General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, who was welcomed by Dr Ahmad Al Ali, Vice Chancellor of Emirates Aviation University, was accompanied by Brigadier General Jamal Salem Al Jallaf, Deputy Director of Administrative Affairs Department, Brigadier Dr Ghaith Ghanim Al Suwaidi, Director-General of the Dubai Police Academy, Brigadier Mohammed Butti Al Shamsi, Deputy Director of the Dubai Police Academy, Colonel Saleh AlHamrani, Deputy Director- Department of Excellence and Leadership, Ms Salama Al Falasi, Head of the Youth Council – Dubai Police, Ms Awatif Rashid Al Suwaidi, Head of Positivity and Happiness Council – Dubai Police and Ms Jawaher Al Abbar, Member of of Positivity and Happiness Council – Dubai Police.
The group were given a tour of the university where they viewed its facilities and were briefed on its programmes and initiatives.
EAU will be hosting an Open Day to provide prospective students and their parents information about the wide variety of courses on offer at the university, along with the opportunity to speak to academic staff from each subject area. The Open Day will take place on the 21st of April at its campus in Dubai Academic City.
