Dolmen Mall and Karachi Chefs at Home concludes the festivities of Ramadan by spreading EidkiMithaas

KARACHI: Dolmen Mall, Pakistan’s first international standards mall collaborated with a popular women centric Facebook group, Karachi Chefs at Home (KCH) to conclude the festivities of Ramadan by spreading EidkiMithaas.

The group comprising of women homemakers, professionals and food artisans came together to make Eid desserts and delicacies for the EidkiMithaas contest on Tuesday June 12, 2018. With more than 100 registrations, a select group of 50 passionate home based chefs from all over Karachi, prepared desserts at home and brought them to the jury at the mall.

The tantalizing hand crafted delicacies were displayed in the food court in creative styles and were judged by four Chef Experts from KCH, on presentation, taste and creative use of ingredients. While the winners and runner ups won grand Eidi baskets from Dolmen Mall, ‘Dessert Queen’ certificates and Tasty treats recipe books from KCH, all the delicacies in EidkiMithaas baskets and platters were distributed to mall management and brand partner stores to show gratitude for the immense hospitality and effort throughout Ramadan at Dolmen.

This collaboration with KCH amplified festivities and brought together the community by celebrating Ramadan at Dolmen. Staying true to being a mall with a heart, Dolmen Mall continues to extend Eid festivities till a Friday, 22 June 2018 at the grand Dolmen Eidi gifting ceremony where Dolmen Draw participants shall claim their Eidi gift baskets after having shopped worth 5000 during Ramadan.
