Hamdard Foundation Pakistan signs MoU with Friends of Burns Centre

KARACHI: President of Hamdard Foundation Pakistan (HFP), Ms. Sadia Rashid, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with President of Friends of Burns Centre,  Zahid Saeed, MoU signing ceremony was held at Jubilee Block, Dr. Ruth K. M. Pfau Civil Hospital.

Hamdard Foundation Pakistan has kindly offered their support to the Friends of Burns Centre by donating Rs. 10 Million annually to cover the whole expenses of the Pediatric ICU/Ward of Burns Centre.

The Burns Centre is the only 66-bed burns care facility in the country that has been providing all medical and operational services to the   burns victims 100% free of charge. It is the largest burns centre in Asia.

The Ceremony was attend by Ms. Fatema Tuz Zahra Munir Ahmed – Vice President (HL), M. Hamza Khan – Deputy Director Finance HFP, Syed M. Arsalan Manager Admin / HR HFP, Farhan Hanif FOBC, M. Abdullah Feroz FOBC, Anwar Maqsood (Goodwill Ambassador – FOBC, , Prof. Dr. Saeed Quraishy V.C – DUHS, Dr. Tipu Sultan Chancellor Malir University, Abdul Kader Jaffer – Chairman AJCL, Sohail P. Ahmed Chairman – House of Habib, M. Sabir Memon M.S – Dr. Ruth K.M. Pfau Civil Hospital, Karachi.

Hamdard Pakistan wish good luck to FOBC’s team and expressed their determination to work with them in order to serve the humanity.
