The office helps the investors overcome any challenges that they may face in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in support of expansion plans and prosperity.
Antoine Georges, Managing Director of DOME Exhibitions, said: “The ADIO partnership to support the B2C event is a unique initiative and a stepping stone to support investment platforms in Abu Dhabi. This is DOME’s USP and we have plans in place to expand this initiative to our other events to give maximum mileage to our exhibitors.”
Formed in 2008, event sponsor Abu Dhabi Finance is a leading provider of innovative, flexible and transparent financial products and related services in the residential and commercial sectors of the UAE. Chris Taylor, Abu Dhabi Finance CEO commented on the event and the company’s support saying: “We are proud to support the 10th IREIS Abu Dhabi Developer-Agents meet, attended by elite real estate professionals from Abu Dhabi and across the UAE. This event takes place in the same year we celebrate our 10 year anniversary, a milestone we are incredibly proud of at Abu Dhabi Finance.”
Taylor continued: “Over the last decade we’ve witnessed an overall maturing of the real estate market in the UAE, culminating with 2017 seeing the tipping point with the majority of overall activity being financed through mortgages across a number of Emirates. The increase in mortgage transactions in the UAE is reflective of a more stable and balanced real estate market. This shift to end-user and long-term investment is mirrored by the recent government stimulus efforts which focus on improving the attractiveness of the UAE, both for start-up businesses, SME’s, and long-term real estate investors. It also reinforces the demand for transparent, quality financial products and services, and the responsibility companies like Abu Dhabi Finance have in continuing to develop innovative and flexible financial solutions which are both relevant to clients and support ongoing market growth.”
The IREIS 2018 exhibition is expecting over 100 high-end exhibitors and more than 12,000 visitors. To give greater value to the exhibitors and visitors, the associated events that will complement the main IREIS 2018 exhibition are the Abu Dhabi Investment Conference 2018 and Citizenship & Residency Expo.
