KARACHI: Arts Council and Kan Social Welfare Cultural and Literary Organization organized an event of Hamd-o-Naat and Virtues of Ramzan in Manzar Akbar Hall. Hafiz Usman Saani was honored with the recitation of Holy Quran in the beginning of event.
Hamd was presented by Muhammad Zaka. Aziz Uddin Khaki, Sahibzada Moeen Fareed, Ghulam Mustafa Fareedi, Sayyad Maaz Ali Nizami, Sana Ali Taj, Almas Nayab, Hafsa Baloch, Aleeza Naeem and Anmol Khan also recited words of honor for Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H). Prof.
Dr. Sajida Parveen said that War of Badar was the first victory of Muslims in which a handful of them were supported by Allah and army of angels fought side by side with Muslims which lead to victory. This program is an illuminating path for the youth which have forgotten this historical day.
The program was hosted by General Secretary of Kan Shahida Kanwal. Later on President Khursheed Iqbal Haider, Member governing body Shabbir Hussain, Malka Nasreen Sheikh, Ashraf Jahan, Naimish Rizwan, Shahid Navaid, Haya Nauman, Shahid Mahmood Shahid awarded Naat-Khuwans with shields.
