KARACHI: ARY Digital is gearing up for another eye opener drama Ruswai, starring Sana Javed and Mikaal Zulfiqar in the lead.
Ruswai, a Six Sigma Plus production has been directed by Rubina Ashraf and will star Muhammad Ahmad, Seemi Raheel, Isra Ghazal, Usman Peerzada and Natalia Awais in pivotal roles alongside Sana Javed and Mikaal Zulfiqar.
Ruswai revolves around the story of a happy family where Sana Javed plays an innocent girl whose life takes a big turn after she gets kidnapped. Teasers have been released on the channel.
ARY Digital has already broken stereotypes with their previous dramas including Aisi Hai Tanhai and Meri Guriya, addressing taboos of cybercrimes and pedophilia and child abuse. With Ruswai, the team is once again gearing up to address the stigma attached to women who get kidnapped and how they survive in the society if they’re rescued.
