KARACHI: Mush Panjwani, Founder and Chief Happiness Officer, Coffee Wagera (CW) has connected with his customers with the same passion with which he nurtures the talent of his employees. CW, which is running successfully in Karachi’s Badar Commercial, DHA and at Maskan, Gulshan, is aspiring to expand into new areas of Karachi and across Pakistan.
To appreciate the efforts of the marketing/administration team, franchisees and its suppliers, Mush Panjwani hosted a dinner in their honor at CrossRoads Cafe & Bar, DHA.
The purpose was to acknowledge the support and dedication with which franchisees and the support staff have been working to add value to CW’s operations and image. The casual discussion during this dinner also acquainted all the franchisees with the CW team for better coordination and management. Where good businesses look after their employees, great leaders interact with customers and stakeholders. Mush Panjwani has been doing both with utmost dedication.
Since its inception, CW has implemented a unique business model. It empowers home-based female chefs who prepare snacks for CW while freshly brewed coffee is prepared at the shop by its expert baristas. Present on the dinner were Mrs. Salma Mush, Marketing/Admin team: Sami, Dan, Salman, Ramez, Dania; CW Maskan franchise owners, Asad and Mehwish; PECHS franchise owners, Sarah and Saad; North Nazimabad franchise owners, Sami and Zamir. Gulistan-e-Jauhar franchise owners, Saniya and Masood were also present. Sonya and Vijanti, the longest-serving supplier of CW also graced the occasion.
