DUBAI: Employees of Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, recently visited Thukher Social Club, a specially dedicated day-care centre for elderly Emiratis operated by the Community Development Authority (CDA).
Representatives of the bank presented gifts to the elderly at Thukher Social Club and spent the day interacting and playing with them in a wide range of fun-filled activities and games.
Emirates Islamic is an active contributor to community health and development initiatives, with the bank’s staff regularly volunteering for a range of community support activities across the UAE. The bank also supports charitable causes via the Emirates Islamic Charity Fund, which provides financial aid to large charities, public and private institutions, as well as individuals in need.
