KARACHI: “This is the third concert in Karachi of very talented Italian pianist Alessandro Commellato. I am very happy and proud for all those who participated in this evening” said by Anna Ruffino the consul of Italy in the Italian pianist concert held at Arts Council.
Further she said “My colleague used to work with Alessandro on some musical projects than he introduced me with him. Later I and my friend decided to invite Alessandro in Karachi for some classical music show. Tonight you people will find out the connection between Italy and piano”.
The piano concert was in three parts. First part was dedicated to piano sonata no. 14 which is known as moon light. The second part was dedicated to the eroica variation which was composed in 1802. The third part of the concert was dedicated to the most challenging sonata no. 20. The music was beautiful composed with the most popular compositions.
President Arts Council Muhammad Ahmed shah said “I am very glad to have Alessandro here people will witness one of the fine piano concert today”
Other than consul general Italy, consul general US, consul general French and consul general German were also present on the occasion. And the concert was attended by a large number of music lovers.
