ABU DHABI: Dubai-based insurance innovator Beema Insurance, part of ENOC Group, reopened its branch at Tasjeel Al Barsha. In an effort to fight the COVID-19, Beema decided to implement protective measures that go beyond the required safety guidelines, thus ensuring increased protection of both staff and customers.
In line with guidelines and directives issued by the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) and Dubai Health Authority (DHA), all employees in contact with customers are equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE), which includes protective masks and gloves. Companies open to the public must ensure that all customers also wear protective masks, as well as undergo screening via thermal scanners before entering the premises.
“We deeply care about our team and customers and our online offer is the best choice to buy innovative car insurance in the UAE. By reopening our customer center in Tasjeel Al Barsha we also give people convenience to insure on the spot with maximum safety” says H.E Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO, ENOC.
In addition to these requirements, Beema decided to go the extra mile by setting up in record time additional protective measures in its Tasjeel Al Barsha branch. The branch office is now equipped with floor markings and pre-allocated seats in waiting areas, which help maintain social distancing. At the counters, plexiglass screens and partitions have been installed to ensure that customers can sell their car and deal with vehicle ownership transfer comfortably, all the while providing maximum safety by limiting any possible contact. In addition, all counters are thoroughly sterilised and disinfected on a daily basis.
Beema Insurance added that, after the close of business, all counters at its Tasjeel branch undergo enhanced disinfection processes.
