KARACHI: Due to continuous lockdown situation, more and more home-based eateries are coming up these days with their base on deliveries. Pretty recently came across another home-based eatery known as ‘3 Sister’s Cuisine’. This home based eatery ‘3 Sister’s Cuisine’ is run by three sisters namely Nadiya Farooq, Taniya Faheem and Sadiya Asad. They go about with their initials as Sadiya, Taniya and Nadiya (STN).
When ordering online, we did ask few questions about that they are offering and since when they have been in business. To which lady on other of cell-phone responded that; “we specialize in offering desi food but we can also cater other varieties on demand”.
She further said; “all the items that we cooked are prepared in hygienically cleaned in home environment and we also make sure that we sure best and freshest available ingredients like meat, vegetables, species and branded cooking oils & other items etc etc.
“We also have a good and dedicated team of delivery riders, who make sure to deliver our items piping hot or as you have ordered, we also offer tiffen service to clients who requie4st them”. She added further.
Replying to a question on best item offered by 3 Sister’s Cuisine’, she said; “our best beef-biryani is our most sought after item”.
These answers tempted us to opt for beef-biryani by ‘3 Sister’s Cuisine’, and when their beef-biryani finally arrived it looked tempting enough from outset. Delivery rider hardly took 20 minutes to reach us at our destination in Bahadurabad.
Single serving of their beef-biryani was enough for at-least two persons with heavy diet. As compared to other home-based beef-birayani eateries, who make sure to put as much as spices (red-chilies) as you can in their biryani, but not in this case. This one had adequate-taste of spices all around. Neither a single spice nor any other ingredient stood out. All of them were mixed well and gave a very wholesome taste to beef biryani. Since when we are were very young out elders always told us that beef-biryani is best made out of bachiya’s ghost (female calf) and ‘3 Sister’s Cuisine’ was spot on their selection of meat. Rice was also good quality. Overall this beef-biryani was tasted exceptionally well and didn’t miss any mark. I would highly recommend this beef-biryani to all beef lovers of Karachi.
With beef-biryani, we also ordered Mango-Custard. Ordering Mango-Custard also proved to be a good idea. This dessert had mango-chunks within mango-custard and mango-jelly as topping. After a very delicious tasting biryani, this dessert felt like a cherry on top of a cake.
