DUBAI: AutoPro announced the opening of a new centre at Al Qudra in Dubai and plans to open four additional centres by the end of the year to strengthen its footprint in the UAE.

Serving customers living in residential communities along Al Qudra Road, the new AutoPro centre will have three pits; offering services such as tyre replacement, oil change and other mechanical services.

In efforts to maintain social distancing while continuing to serve customers amid the COVID-19 outbreak, AutoPro has expanded its on-demand service network operating across Dubai and plans to add up to eight on-demand vehicles to cover Sharjah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain Ras Al Khaimah and Ajman. The Autopro on demand service will allow motorists to have their cars serviced at a location of their convenience.

H.E Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO of ENOC said: “At AutoPro, we are committed to continue offering our customers best in class services, and our expansion plans will enable us to continue serving customers with their automotive service needs across the UAE.

“The COVID-19 outbreak had a significant impact on a number of sectors, including automotive services. However, we saw this as an opportunity to evolve and reinvent ourselves. Our expansion of the Autopro on demand service is a bold move that will allow us to adapt to changes that have affected the automotive service market and continue to grow our network”, he added.

AutoPro has recently resumed operations of its 42 service centres across the country in line with safety guidelines issued by the UAE Government and Health Authorities.

To further support the UAE Government in providing sanitisation services, AutoPro has launched car disinfectant services at all centres, including a service designed to sterilise surfaces such as cars, phones, and desks.

AutoPro previously offered car disinfectant services to 800 customer vehicles during the lockdown in the UAE and sanitised 1,000 vehicles of frontline heroes from Dubai Police, Dubai Municipality, Dubai DED, Dubai Consumers and UAE Health Authorities.

Launched on May 31, 2010 in Al Warqa’a, AutoPro serves more than 300,000 vehicles annually across its 42 locations.
