DUBAI: ZOOM, UAE’s leading, home-grown convenience store, has partnered with NowNow, a new on-demand delivery platform to provide customers in Dubai with a fast, reliable and contactless home delivery service of their groceries and essentials.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, ZOOM has been introducing safe ways to serve customers and to deliver the best contactless customer experience. By being one of the first stores to partner with NowNow, ZOOM enables their customers to access their wide range of products from the convenience of their homes or offices and get them delivered within 60 minutes, safely. NowNow aims to be the fastest neighborhood delivery platform.
The first Zoom stores are currently available on the NowNow app, catering to customers in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Jumeirah Beach Residences, Dubai Marina, Downtown, Business Bay, DIFC, Tecom, Springs, Meadows, Greens, Motor City, Sports City, JVC, JVT, Arabian Ranches and surrounding areas. The grocery delivery service through NowNow will cover more communities as ZOOM goes live with additional stores.

Launched in 2009, ZOOM has become part of the everyday life of the UAE residents, offering access to a wide range of products on the go. ZOOM has a variety of formats from service station C-stores to mini marts and stores on the Metro network as well as large scale standalone supermarkets in several residential communities and high-end locations, such as Burj Khalifa. Burj Gate, Cayan Towers and Burj Al Salam and is now available on the NowNow app, that can be downloaded on both the App Store and Google Play-Store.
