DUBAI: Designed to support students and parents in this unprecedented time; Futures Abroad will host a two-day virtual expo for the UAE students looking to pursue education in Canada on September 25 -26, 2020.
The expo will enable students to connect and directly interact with senior representatives from over 10 universities. Although virtual, students/ parents can go through a similar experience and explore the exhibitor’s booth, download materials for reference using the virtual backpack. They learn firsthand information about different courses/ programmes and student placement opportunities.
In addition, the expo will also highlight what critical skills are needed after COVID-19, internships, scholarships as well as address any concerns parents or students may have.
“As this has become the new norm, students can still pursue their international education dream. Most universities are prepared by being flexible with application deadlines, adapting entry requirements, etc. as well as by adapting to a digital education model until in-person teaching resumes,” said Vandana Mahajan, CEO, Futures Abroad. “This expo will provide direct one-to-one interaction between students and universities offering an information-rich environment in which students can understand how they can adapt their goals to the current situation.”
Students can register and attend the expo free of cost at expo.futuresabroad.com
