KARACHI: Consul General of Malaysia in Karachi Khairul Nazran Abdul Rehman has vowed that the timber border between Pakistan and Malaysia.
A delegation of 25 traders will visit Malaysia soon. We will solve the problems and difficulties of timber traders.
He expressed these views while addressing a luncheon hosted by Karachi Timber Merchant Group President Sharjeel Goplani and other officials during his visit to Karachi Timber Market. Shahid Javed Qureshi, President, Pakistan-Malaysia Friendship Association, said that the Pakistan-Malaysia Friendship Association was playing a bridging role in promoting trade between Pakistan and Malaysia, removing barriers to trade at the diplomatic level between the two countries.
President Sharjeel Goplani provided details of Malaysian companies that defrauded Pakistani businessmen to Malaysian Consul General Khairul Nazran Abdul Rehman.
On the occasion, the Malaysian Consul General assured him that he would talk to the Malaysian government to resolve the issue and soon a 25-member delegation of the Timber Merchant Group would visit Malaysia and meet Pakistani businessmen, Malaysian government officials and businessmen.
