British Airways is kicking off 2021 off in style with the launch of its January Sale, providing customers the opportunity to book a much-needed getaway. The airline is offering great deals on flights and holidays to over 100 destinations across its global network, with travel dates available throughout 2021. To capitalise, customers must book by 2 February 2021.
Customers booking in the sale can do so with absolute confidence, thanks to the airline’s flexible booking policy. Customers are able to exchange their booking for a voucher, or move their dates without incurring a change fee. British Airways Holidays’ customers also have access to a range of additional flexible booking options, as part of the company’s Customer Promise. These include opting to secure a holiday with a deposit from just £75pp, choosing flexible payments, the choice to defer paying the final balance until three weeks before travel, ATOL protection and a 24-hour holiday helpline.*

Flight only deals
The airline is offering flights to New York from £269 return or San Francisco from £319 return. Travellers seeking a touch of glamour in the Golden State can travel to Los Angeles from £319 return. Alternatively, Cape Town’s vineyards may tempt many customers with flights starting from £519 return.
Those looking to soak up some sun in the Caribbean can do so with flights to Grenada or St Lucia from £379 return. Jamaica also offers tempting prices from £389 return, and flights to Barbados begin from £359 return. Travellers wanting to head east can visit Dubai where return flights start from £299.
Customers dreaming of relaxing in the Maldives, can do so with flights from £539 return. Or travellers looking to step foot on the sandy beaches in Cancun can take a trip where flights start from £339 return.
In Club Europe (short-haul business class) travellers can head to Malaga for just £169 return and destinations including Faro and Nice for £189 return. Meanwhile, in Club World (long-haul business class) there is the opportunity to soak up the sun in Punta Cana or Montego Bay for £1,189 return or fly to Las Vegas for £1,599 return.
Holiday deals
Customers can choose from a selection of European beach breaks (including flights and hotels) from just £189 per person (pp), including Algarve, Malta and Malaga. Alternatively, for those looking further afield, seven-night holidays to Barbados are from £529pp, to St Lucia are from £569pp and to Mauritius are from £699pp. Meanwhile, USA trips to Las Vegas are from just £369pp and seven-night holidays to Orlando are from £389pp. Two-night city breaks are also available for just £99pp, to destinations including Prague, Barcelona and Venice.
Flight and car packages are also included in the sale with prices starting from £99pp for travel to destinations including Malaga and Alicante and from £369pp to long-haul destinations including Tampa.
As part of the January Sale, there are also a number of tempting Avios part payment deals on offer for Executive Club Members. These include New York return flights for £173 plus 18,900 Avios, Cape Town return flights for £150 plus 83,000 Avios and Orlando return flights for £169 plus 25,000 Avios. Executive Club Members can give their Avios balance a boost with a 30% bonus when they purchase Avios before 2 February 2021. To entice members even further, they can also use their Avios to book hotels and car hire.
