DUBAI: A fresh new Turkish-Middle Eastern contemporary restaurant, CznBurak will open its doors on December 25 at the picturesque Boulevard Point in Downtown Dubai in December. Dives Holding, the owners of the CZNBurak brand, as well as stylish fastfood concept CZNBurger, chose Dubai as the first destination to launch the brand outside of Turkey, as part of their long-term global expansion plans.
Celebrity Chef CznBurak, widely known on social media for his amazing meat videos, is already a well-established restaurateur in Turkey; launching in Dubai was the next logical step. Situated on the prestigious Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, the location offers both indoor and outdoor dining experiences with the Burj Khalifa as its backdrop. The menu features a blend of Middle Eastern and Turkish influenced dishes and bespoke beverages created by a team of internationally acclaimed mixologists.

Chef Burak has a strong culinary heritage with a grandfather who was a ‘kunefe master’ and a father who operated a restaurant in Sisli, Istanbul. It was from this restaurant that Chef Burak developed his love of food and hospitality, and from 13 years of age he got himself involved by working for his father. Now, still in his 20s, Chef Burak operates six of his signature restaurants in Turkey, with Dubai becoming the seventh.
The restaurant will showcase foods with a strong Turkish and Arabic influence that diners will be familiar with. With more than 150 dishes to choose from CznBurak culinary team has dreamt up an extensive menu packed with flavours, colours and premium ingredients.
Designed by the most famous Middle Eastern architect, the restaurant gives you and your family a homey feeling with handmade ovens and comfortable seating, you might end up staying for hours. The indoor décor spills out onto the spacious terrace so guests can kick back and enjoy a Turkish tea to end the meal.
