Every one is born different in nature but emotions and feelings are somehow same. We laugh when happy, we cry when sad and we feel pain when hurt! But never stops living. I’ve born with a silver spoon in my mouth and lived a beautiful childhood. Flowers have always attracted me since early times. I used to watch them for hours and wondered how ALLAH creates then all.
This love kept growing and I started to look for ways to preserve them but failed most of the time. So later I accepted We can not bound nature and started making flowers with papers, fabric and ceramics.
An artist is born by nature, said someone but I’ve experienced it myself too because I intricate flowers in everything I do creative.
I’m an Asian award winner as to present my idea of being independent in pictorial form, won the competition and that boosted me first time. After my intermediate I was appointed as youngest arts coordinator in Educators School and used to teach my students 3D flowers making with different material. And from where I got an idea to give flowers a different and unique way of presenting.
It was just a pencil topper at the beginning and later turned in jewellery format, a good luck for me.
How I started my professional journey is very much interesting because I had no clue how to start with but my family supported me, guided me specially my father, mother and my sister. That time Facebook was just launched and there was nothing like hyped social media groups or business pages to communicate with large audiences. So, I started gifting my stuffs to people and friends around me. During this journey Chef Samia approached me to work with her and she offered me to Sponsor my articles in her cebo events so my work can reach to more people and media but with the time I realized that people know my work but not me which was not a very good help, so I thought to show up myself who is behind all these beautiful creations. That was a good huge investment as sponsoring to small groups were not that easy because she as a teacher guided everything that how sponsorship helps us to grow business. I took a step and showed up myself because a friend in need is a friend indeed. A help is always appreciated. And then I met a person, owner of Womenza Pakistan, Aiman Sami Khan! She herself is a gem and endorses my work everywhere, yes few people plays a role of Angel in life, she’s a mentor and a great help always.
I had a Facebook page under name Grand Wardrobe (later edited to MUNIBA’S Grand Wardrobe and start selling my articles over there.. and now I am going to launch my official website ( WWW.MUNIBAS.COM) on 5 january 2021. That will be live worldwide.
My products are exclusively handmade. There’s nothing I like to purchase ready from market because it never satisfies me, I love making my own flower by hands so yes every article is special and a masterpiece because it’s just not only a hand piece but my love, care, dedication and commitment is there to fulfil any individuals requirements.
My core articles are hand gajras, ring and hand corsages which are top best sellers. I’ve introduced Swarovski diamonds in my flowers jewellery, and yes when male comes up with a question, lady what do you have for us so I just smile and reply men, I have BOUTONNIERE for you!
And yes, also introduced floral slippers which are no where available in local markets.
I’ve travelled internationally for exhibitions, presented Pakistan as first female Florist.
My target is to make my brand reach up to more higher level to stand different in business industry. I want to make my country, Pakistan proud by letting this world know we have talent and we can stand out of the crowd.
