Business Story: I started my clothing business in 2012 & later established Digital Silk printing business in 2015 which was not easy at all. With a very less financial support I got into this thing, faced a lot of problems interns of money, fabric & printing issues; sometimes it led to wastage of printing & lost few clients but recovered later during this time my mother was my biggest support interns of little bit of financial support & encouragement She stood beside me & supported me throughout some people never wanted me to work & show my creativity on Silk which I used to make myself. They were never happy, but I never stopped, I kept moving.Yes i cried when my business was effected & lost few clients whom I used to work on large scale orders During this time I used to do different surveys of markets used to conduct meetings locally & internationally to gain more power & clients,Since I was working on this,I worked on my designs & different products & never lose hope so from there onwards it was the second start of my business which was flourished again & I kept on working hard on both things together & stood focused.Remained silent & worked yes it was hard for me to establish it alone but I did & now we are growing & have international clients whom I work with glad to be whom I am today focused, hardworking& patient.
Silk Fascination:
Silk is something amazing for meSilk always fascinated me, so I always wanted to start my own silk business & gradually I started converting my Digital paintings & illustrated textile prints on to the fabric that turned well into artistic silk pieces.I always wanted to see my work developed on Silk as it’s a very smooth & luxurious fabric so each and piece is something unique.
Being a digital artist & a painter, I always wanted my work to develop on Silk & wanted people wearing my artistic pieces.Yes I faced a lot of problems during building this business alone &manufacturing silk on a bigger scale but after struggling & working hard I achieved my goals & the dream of selling my printed Silk fabric came true & now I am glad to see how I am growing & we have local & international buyers so we have been exporting our Silk internationally.
