The distinctive 50-minute classes are musically driven, each featuring individually curated playlists, created exclusively by the talented team of instructors who all come with a wealth of experience and with dance and fitness backgrounds that promise to deliver on motivation and ensure each client walks out the studio door feeling uplifted and energised.
A focus on full-body movements and clever sequencing means the classes will keep the body guessing – and sculpting – without falling into a repetitive cycle. Barre Effect will keep the mind fresh, the body on its toes and participants low in their squat.
Founded by Dubai-resident and fitness super-enthusiast Nora Hameidani, the Barre Effect method is a contemporary version on traditional barre, designed to sculpt the body, boost metabolism, and challenge the mind.
