Eros Group receives Award for Excellence in Customer Service from DSES

The Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES) awarded Eros Group in recognition of its excellence in customer service under its specialized retail sector. This is the third time the Group has received such an honorable award.

The DSES honor is aimed at promoting excellence in customer service standard in private sector and recognize businesses that offer excellent service for their customers. The award is designed particularly to gain customer’s confidence and to make the experience of “Shopping in Dubai” a pleasurable one. This scheme binds all participating businesses to a common code of business ethics and core criteria for customer service excellence. Most recently, and more importantly, the Awards have been instrumental in enabling businesses to adopt to disruptive changes and sustain growth post COVID.
