DUBAI: Real Estate Investment Benk (RIB) has won the “First Rank Broker” award of Emaar Pakistan for showing tremendous performance in sales of Emaar properties in the country.
RIB was given the award at Emaar Pakistan’s Quarterly Brokers Award for the the year 2021. Danish Qureshi, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) RIB along with Mariam Madhupurwala, Head of Marketing & Sales Strategy RIB, Syed Mossin Wali, Head of Corporate & Institutional Sales RIB and other members of team received the award from Sohail Baig, CEO Emaar Pakistan.
The aim of the event is to recognize best performing partners of Emaar, who work efficiently in maximizing sales of various projects and help meet their sales targets.
Sohai Baig, CEO Emaar Pakistan commended the performance of RIB in the sale of Emaar Properties and said that award is reflection of hard work and commitment of RIB team.
Danish Qureshi CEO RIB commenting on receiving the award expressed his gratitude to Emaar Pakistan for recognizing the performance of RIB. “I am thankful to Emaar Pakistan for giving me the first position award of top realtor Emaar Properties”, he stated. “We believe in hard work and consistency to deliver the best.”
Mariam Madhupurwala termed the award of top realtor for RIB as a big achievement and feels proud of it. She said that Emaar is offering a luxury destination in DHA Karachi Phase-8 and described it as “Luxury Living on the Beach”. She said that it is a secured gated community with 300 families already residing in it having world class amenities.
Syed Mossin Wali said that RIB has achieved a milestone by securing the position of top realtor of Emaar Pakistan and thanked Emaar for providing RIB a platform. “We excelled on this platform by delivering the best on it”, Wali said. He also appreciated Emaar Pakistan, which is a luxurious and settled project by already giving possession of seven towers.
