SpicOgetti won the award for the Fastest Growing Online Eatery at the first Annual Culinary Awards 2021, spearheaded by Masterclass Pakistan, in association with Unilever Food Solutions. Mrs. Khatija Shabbir, the Headchef was honored with the winning trophy. She is the woman behind the taste of yummilicious khausuey by SpicOgetti, devoured by thousands of customers, for the last six years.
SpicOgetti is an online eatery that started with pre-booked orders a day in advance to delivery within 60 minutes across almost all parts of Karachi. Operating six days a week, from morning till evening, the menu has expanded to five meals including khausuey (their forte), in addition to Singaporean Rice, Chowmein, Pasta and Chic ‘n’ Cheese Spaghetti.
The eatery went public with Karachi Eat 2019 and attracted huge crowd for two consecutive years. Several celebrities including Imran Ashraf, Faysal Qureshi, Mehwish Hayat have endorsed the taste of SpicOgetti. They have a strong following on social media with 60k+ followers on Facebook. The online eatery proved to be a life saver amidst Covid-19 providing hygienic and fresh food to one’s doorstep.
