All menu items have been carefully curated and are born out of Chef Claire’s personal life experience – putting an autoimmune condition into remission, despite being told by doctors that it was an impossibility. Over the last decade, she sought out several experts in the fields of diet, lifestyle, detoxification, and traditional wisdom and after following the lifestyle that Claire created for herself, she began to see radical shifts and changes in her blood and hormone panels.
What was born out of Claire’s kitchen has evolved into a global business now, and she focuses on bridging the gap between the world of alchemy and biology for functional healing and nourishing benefits. Everything she creates is inspired by a need.
The 5-course menu is graced with a variety of global flavours ranging from Asian, Mediterranean and local cuisines, enriched with rare and powerful ayurvedic ingredients as well as superfood elixirs, adaptogenic tonic herbs and little bits of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) to make you glow from inside out!
