Saudi Arabia to launch Real Estate Future Forum in Riyadh

RIYADH/DUBAI: Saudi Arabia will hold the Real Estate Future Forum under the patronage of His Excellency Majid Bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Saudi Minister of Municipal, Rural and Housing Affairs, in February from 22 to 24, 2022, at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Riyadh.

The forum will host local and international speakers and will be held in collaboration with a number of local and international organizations and authorities from the real estate, housing and smart cities sectors.

The real estate sector in Saudi Arabia is of the pillars of the national economy, in order to improve its efficiency and encourage investment in it, and to enable increasing its contribution to the GDP. The Forum also aims to contribute to improving the performance and quality of real estate enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as to broaden the participation of Saudi young people in various areas and opportunities in the real estate sector.

The forum seeks to serve as a global platform for the scientific and intellectual community to discuss the present and future of the real estate sector. It will contribute to strengthening the local and international property sectors under one platform.

The mega event aims to contribute to the Saudi GDP, which will generate new employment opportunities for Saudi citizens, opportunities for national enterprises and sustainable development. The forum will discuss several strategic areas related to the real estate sector in the Kingdom, which will include: regulations, legislation, future cities, urban development, smart cities, sustainability, and investments.
