Emirates will be giving travellers a taste of home this Thanksgiving with special holiday menus across all classes on its flights from Dubai to US destinations. Emirates’ iconic onboard lounge on the Emirates A380 aircraft flying to select US destinations will also be serving a special treat in celebration of Thanksgiving.
The Thanksgiving menu on US flights from Dubai will be available to customers traveling from November 24th to 26th.
Customers in First and Business Class can enjoy a Thanksgiving roasted turkey sliced and served with cranberry jus lié, mashed sweet potatoes, blanched broccolini, paprika potato wedges and honey-glazed pumpkin with crushed pecans. For dessert, passengers can savour a pecan tart with passion fruit cream, chocolate sauce and crème anglaise. On the Emirates A380 flights from Dubai to Los Angeles, New York and Washington DC, customers will also be able to celebrate Thanksgiving in the onboard lounge with delectable marzipan topped pumpkin cupcakes.
Travelers in Economy Class can indulge in roasted turkey sliced and served with cranberry jus lié, chestnut roulade, green peas and mashed parsnip with carrots.
Emirates offers one of the widest selections of beverages onboard its flights to complement the celebration of Thanksgiving. Customers can look forward to some of the finest wines and champagnes served in the skies, to enjoy with their Thanksgiving meals. In addition, spirits on board are served on a complimentary basis across all classes and routes and include a range of whiskeys, cognacs, gins, vodka and flavoured liqueurs amongst others.
Customers travelling during the Thanksgiving season on Emirates can enjoy the signature hospitality and comfort offered by Emirates’ global and multi-cultural crew and enjoy non-stop entertainment on ice – the award-winning inflight entertainment system – with more than 4,500 channels of movies, music and more.
Thanksgiving will also be celebrated at the Emirates lounges in the US. On 24 and 25 November, Emirates lounges in New York (JFK), Boston (BOS) and Los Angeles (LAX) will serve authentic Thanksgiving turkey dishes with all the trimmings offering customers a taste of home during the holiday.

Each year, the airline serves special menus for festivities around the world including Christmas, Eid and Lunar New Year.
