LEVA Hotels celebrates three years of Award-winning hospitality

LEVA Hotels, the dynamic hotel brand, is celebrating three fantastic years of business. Once just an idea in the mind of Founder & CEO, JS Anand, the brand now has a growing property portfolio.

With a flagship hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, LEVA Hotels has also planted its flag in Oman, Ethiopia, and Uganda. Currently at an early stage of expansion, the brand has its eyes set on growing across the Middle East, Egypt, and Africa. Bolstering its growth, LEVA Hotels also has plans of enriching the communities it’s involved in with meaningful CSR initiatives.

Celebrating significant achievements

Continually on an upwards curve, one of the several highlights LEVA Hotels is celebrating is having signed five hotel management agreements with properties in the Middle East and Africa. This is followed by the launch of Resivation Managed by LEVA, a novel co-living property near Expo 2020.

In addition to being featured in prestigious publications, LEVA Hotels’ popularity extends to hotel review websites. Over the past three years, it has received the 2020 Customer Review Award from Agoda and Traveler Review Award 2021 from Booking.com alongside five nominations for the upcoming  Arabian Travel Awards 2021. It has also been ranked #7 out of 855 hotels in Dubai on TripAdvisor. Appealing to travellers worldwide, LEVA Hotels has received two consecutive Travelers’ Choice awards from TripAdvisor while holding a position in the top 10% of Best Hotels Worldwide on the website.

Looking ahead

Dedicated to delivering an on-brand experience to its guests, LEVA Hotels has recently rolled out new staff uniforms. This strategic move is aligned with its motto of “Hospitality Redesigned”. Other ways its properties are being enhanced include the upcoming introduction of The Market Place, a deluxe new European spa, and a new F&B concept at LEVA Mazaya Centre.

Founder & CEO of LEVA Hotels, JS Anand, comments: “The brand is still at a very stage of expansion, and we are focusing on getting key properties in locations in the Middle East, Egypt, and Africa”.

He continues: “There is an education and brand philosophy that needs to be communicated to ownership as to what LEVA stands for, and where it wants to be. We would like to have 10 operating hotels by the end of 2022”.

He adds: “CSR initiatives would also be looked into in regions that require our support in a meaningful way, and those that have a strong need for it. So, we would roll out initiatives for the betterment of the communities around us – and globally – as the brand grows”.

He concludes: “If I had to fast-forward to five years in the future, I see us having our three-star & four-star brands in more key markets globally. I would also like to see us set up new hotels and resorts in our target markets – Saudi Arabia & Egypt being the next markets on our radar. In the next five years, LEVA Hotels will also adopt more advanced technological strategies that are focused on both: a seamless guest experience and market trends”.
