DUBAI: Revier Dubai, a 4-star lifestyle hotel modelled as a meeting point for today’s gen-X while offering Swiss Hospitality in Business Bay, introduces a revamped à la carte menu and new culinary team member.

Alphorn Restaurant is where the culinary journey takes you to the Swiss heritage. Swiss, German, Italian and other international dishes are featured on Alphorn Restaurant’s decadent revamped à la carte menu, all curated by the recently appointed Chef Kay Gottloeber. With over 21 years of experience and a passion for Swiss and German cuisine, he is going to utilize his unique cooking style to reflect the hotel’s character and atmosphere even further through taste, touch and presentation.

Kay Gottloeber, Executive Sous-Chef at Revier Dubai

Kay Gottloeber, Executive Sous-Chef at Revier Dubai said, “Alphorn Restaurant’s upgraded à la carte menu is a reflection of an increasingly immersive Swiss/German experience that further sets the restaurant, and consequently Revier Dubai, apart from other hotels in Dubai by offering a truly unique Swiss experience. The redesigned menu features authentic signature dishes like Wiener Schnitzel, Züricher Geschnetzeltes, as well as Käsespätzli (Swiss Mac N Cheese), alongside it’s classic Italian dishes such as freshly baked Pizza in a wood oven along with other delicacies such as Miso Black Cod and Tuna Tartare, one of my specialties.”
