Chef Kiran Saad, Born in UAE came Pakistan in 90s did MBA in Human Resources from Pakistan and started career with multinational and national firms in Admin and H.R after working 18 years I was on the peak of my professional career as a Administrator/ Head of Admin, sudden twist came in life where I had to say good bye.
After few month my husband got great loss in his business to foot the bill I had to do something and explore the idea to work from home, I was guided to start food business as cooking was my basic passion, I remember I only left 1000 rupeess on that day from which I bought meat and made some frozen Beef Shami Kababs and sell it to my relative with very less profit, I repeat this process again and sell another batch of the Kebabs.
Made page on social media and kept repeating the process again and again and after three months of the business I was got severe bad health due to the stones in gallbladder diagnose years back had to go for immediate surgery again it was a break, financial condition was bit stable but the idea of initiating a food business I wanted to carry on, initially I get one or two orders in a months but didn’t lose hope and keep it going on like that. Within a year I get few customers onboard and the 2020 march the covid hit to the world once again with the proper precautions I continue to work and in this covid I got more success more fame and more customers.
Then I was welcome by the Owner of sanx time Ms. Ayesha Wajid and her husband to join their group Homemade food services (HFS) and continue to the success today ALHAMDULILLAH my food product sell in all of the major city of Pakistan, few are the signature items of Karachi kitchen Kahani. Alfredo Pasta with crispy chicken topping with the challenge you won’t get it in any of the restaurants like ours. Signature Masala Biryani, Meethi Tikkiya and Desi Ghee Panjiri.
