Hadeel Sahal AlBalushi, is a broadcast journalist currently connected with Pakistan Television Network Balochistan & National. She hosts the Bolan Morning Show which provides a platform for women in different career paths to find their voice. She also upholds Talented Youth of Balochistan in her shows, events internationally & nationally. She hosts Pakistan Time’s (Weekend Show). TV ONE App Kah Sahir Morning Show is turning point in her life where she got an opportunity to promote Balochistan & her talent as host, beautician, model, actor & entertainer. Hadeel is considered as trend setter & have a major role in endorsing Pakistan Culture, Traditions, and Values by organizing Culture Days in Morning Shows.
As a Women Empowerment Activist, she supports Women Balochistan’s efforts to bring local women’s issues on the international stage.
Hadeel hails from the southwestern Pakistan, a region known as Balochistan which is the largest (by area) of the four provinces of the country. Balochistan is the second major supplier of natural gas in the country, but still largely undeveloped (“a neglected province where a majority of population lacks amenities”. Hadeel belongs from Panjgure Balochistan. She grew up in a community which was extremely conservative with many restrictions for girls & women. Girls’ education was curtailed at a certain level & women had limited career choices (e.g. teaching, medical profession).
Hadeel was fortunate her father decided to provide education to his children, and thus she was sent to Karachi. She held multiple jobs to support her education, including a coordinator/tutor stint as young as 13years old. Eventually, she finished a BMS in Media Sciences, Film TV &photography from Iqra University, one of Pakistan’s top ranking best universities.
Hadeel was the first in her extended family & the whole of Balochistan to seriously pursue a career in the Media Industry. Unfortunately, careers in media, fashion industry, airlines & hotel management are deemed unsuitable for women in Balochistan. Hadeel inevitably faced negative criticism & revulsion from her family, but she pushed on. In 2014 -2015, she faced with a “do or die” situation when she was coerced, firmed, threatened by her own blood relatives to quit her media career. Despite cultural barriers, cultural blockage &social pressure from her family & the community, she persevered & bravely continued to pursue her Media career until she became a WELL-KNOWN ANCHOR & TV HOST, and a much sought after event host for government , corporate functions national & international level .
FPCCI : She successfully made her place as Senior Vice Chairperson for Media and Youth Development Committee. ROTARY CLUB OF SOUTH KARACHI: She got a break to give her expertise as Vice President. NATIONAL SECURITY WORKSHOP BALOCHISTAN 2019_2020 is another huge achievement. Expo 2020 Dubai. Expo 2020 had multiple performances & activities where Hadeel took part as a host in seminars & as well as red carpet host for all cultural events conducted by BBoIT & Government of Balochistan. On the cultural side Hadeel served as a stylist of the event which was highly appreciated by international visitors.

She was affiliated as Director Operational & Signature Host for SBMKF (Balochistan) for past Six Years.
She successfully worked & appears almost in all top private channels of Pakistan including Samaa TV, ARY network, Ajj Network, Bol News, Capital TV ,Metro TV, GEO NETWORK, VSH NEWS, GTV & Hum Entertainment
A strong advocate for Women Empowerment, she supports Balochistan women by marketing their handicrafts nationally & internationally via CULTURE ONLINE _The Ambassador of the Traditions’. (Online Business – Event Planning Firm) which she founded & is currently CEO.
Hadeel completed both her Bachelors (Media Sciences; Film TV & Photography) & Masters (Advertising) from Iqra University, one of Pakistan’s top universities. She is currently enrolled for PHD Student (Philology) at Karachi University.
