Mr. Hosni Abdelhadi, CEO, Carlton Hotel and Suites, a seasoned hotelier with a rich and diversified experience spanning over three decades across various critical functions of the hospitality industry.
A hospitality management graduate he started his foray in the industry with the then French luxury hotel chain Le Meridien and Hilton hotels. With his work assignments spread across Middle East he comes with in depth knowledge and expertise that is required to spearhead the Carlton Hotels and suites as the CEO for the group.
As he mentions hospitality industry is probably the only industry where you get to interact with multiple nationalities from across the whole world in one day and every day is a different day. This constant dynamism of the industry is what drew him to join and start his journey as a hotelier.
With Dubai taking the lead to build on its position as the leading tourism hub in the Middle East it was a natural progression to move to Dubai and build and enhance his career as the country and the city grew exponentially over the next coming decades setting new standards and trends year on year.
As the driving force behind Carlton Hotels and Suites, he believes in leading from the helm. A hands on leader, as a CEO of a dynamic group, he still ensures to be involved in each and every aspect of all the properties under the portfolio. His vision for the group is to create a brand that caters to the ever evolving needs and requirements of the new age travellers and provide an experience which is the trademark of Carlton Hospitality.
He draws the strength to perform to his optimal best at work from his family. A loving husband and a doting father, he is a proud parent of a daughter and 2 sons with his wife running her own successful practice as a dentist. To unwind and destress from his hectic lifestyle he devotes some time regularly over the weekends to still pursue his hobbies of playing soccer and squash.
