Gerry’s Group, in collaboration with Pakistan Red Crescent Society, Akhuwat and Mama Baby Fund launched the #DonateForGood volunteering initiative which aimed to assemble urgent relief goods and kits for families affected by the devastating torrential monsoon rains and floods in Pakistan.
The Gerry’s Group teams focused to assist families in the affected parts of the country with food, non-perishable items, medical assistance, hygiene items, dry rations, clothes, blankets, shelter items and maternity kits. Relief goods were collected from employees and distributed through our aid collaborators on ground.
Millions have been affected by monsoon flooding across Pakistan since June 2022. The country has faced extensive damages to homes, roads, bridges, and power stations with the Sindh and Punjab provinces being hit the hardest.
