Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, the global luxury hotel group, is pleased to announce the promotion of its Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing, Ahmed Abdraboh, effective as of October 2022. Ahmed will play a key role in overlooking the sales and marketing of Fairmont Dubai, Fairmont Ajman, and Fairmont Fujairah.
With over 13 years of progressive experience in commercial field, Ahmed has previously worked with leading hotel brands. His career began in Egypt with Hilton, then he moved to the UAE in 2011 with Kempinski hotels then to Rixos hotels. The Fairmont family welcomed Ahmed as Senior Sales Manager in 2018 before promoting him to Cluster Director of Sales in 2021. Over his tenure, the hotel achieved several great accomplishments, including being ranked one of the third highest RGI since 2018.
In his new role, he will be focusing on creating sales and marketing strategies, directing and establishing the sales activities and aspects to reinforce the cluster position. Commenting on his appointment, Ahmed stated, “I’m pleased to support the growth and development of such a prominent brand. As we progress toward becoming the best, I’m excited to keep working with Fairmont hotels.”
