I am Azmat Dawood. I have 2 kids. After a lot of struggle my journey started back in 2011. I started an online business. My work was running smooth till 2017 but in later years from 2018-2020 it was really very hard for me to manage my business. Faced a downfall in my business and it was heartbreaking for me because one can’t see his/her years of hard-work turning into a zero.
I faced my family issues as well during this journey. I got divorced in 2021 which was very heartbreaking for me. My mental health was completely ruined. It was very hard for me to focus on my work. But then I decided that divorce doesn’t put an end to one’s life. I stood up and told myself that I can do it better this time. My hopes were high.
I really wanted to become a good and successful businesswoman. So I joined IBA G-MEC program. Took couple of classes there, did a course in digital marketing and through this course I got connected to different organisations. This helped me and guiders me a lot.
I got to learn different things from this program which were beneficial for my business. After this course I participated in express channel Pyara Ramzan The kitchen master competition and get selected for top 10 . I went to different competitions. I attended many workshops. I also worked on my food stalls. Many people supported me in my work as well. We were a team. It’s easy to read someone’s journey but it’s kinda difficult for the one who faced it all. I thank Allah for everything and for whatever I am today. My business is going great and I’m still working on it to make it even better.
