Cordoba Care Institute holds Healthcare Open House and Careers Fair

Cordoba Care Institute of Health Management (CCI), Karachi’s premier allied healthcare training institute held Careers Fair here at Manzoor Colony campus. The event increased awareness in jobs seekers and students of rewarding careers in healthcare, particularly Nursing Assistant, Emergency Medical Technicians and OT Technician. Pakistan faces an acute shortage of 600,000 technicians or 1/9th of our need as per WHO standards. Cordoba Care Institute’s mission is to improve public health through practical and soft skills focused trainings of nursing and allied health professionals. CCI actively works on jobs placement, career counselling and has 80% job placement rate of its graduates. ADMISSIONS are Open for its next batch.

Cordoba’s CEO & Founder Mr. Malik Ahmad Jalal welcomed honorable guests from various segments of society and explained the community-based affordable healthcare model of CCI. The guests highly appreciated and encouraged the Project Competition of CCI students.

The famous Saylani Welfare Trust (SWT) participated in the Open House and provided free eye screening, glasses and medical tests to visitors. Mr. Taha Ahmadani, Director SWT appreciated efforts of CCI in health skills education for the underprivileged youth and agreed to a partnership t promote jobs and training in healthcare.

KFC provided free meals to all participant and visiting students, as apart of it’s Mitao Bhook campaign for better education and healthcare. Other health partners, Al-Mustafa Medical Centre, Essa Labs, Sehat Kahani, Noor International and Chughtai Labs presented employment opportunities, healthcare trainings and discounted tests to the visitors.
