APMF to host first-ever Personality Awards on March 18, 2023

DUBAI: All Pakistan Memon Federation (APMF) held a press briefing session with the journalists regarding Personality Awards at their office and the beautifully designed logo of the Personality Awards 2023 was also revealed on the occasion. The Federation is working to organize a grand ceremony of the first-ever personality awards on March 18, 2023. President of Pakistan, His Excellency Dr. Arif Alvi will be the Chief Guest of this memorable event. The briefing session was attended by the Muhammad Obaid Amin Chamadia, Senior Joint Secretary, Muhammad Rafiq Hingora, Finance Secretary, Muhammad Saleem Roomi, Vice President 1, Muhammad Imran Wehvaria, Joint Secretary 1, Muhammad Afzal Bhujwala, Muhammad Noman Ahmedani, Muhammad Hanif Motlani, A.K.Memon, CEO Adpulse Khurram Jaffrani including a large number of businessmen, entrepreneurs, and dignitaries from different walks of life.

Talking to the scribes, President APMF, Muhammad Shabbir Haroon said that the Personality Award will be given to the most deserving personalities who have set the benchmark of excellence in their respective fields. We have incredible professionals among us who work with commitment and dedication to carve their niche. Awards are very important for motivation because motivated persons work more efficiently to produce higher quality work. Personality awards will make the business community truly feel as if their hard work is not just noticed or acknowledged, but appreciated.

Mr. Haroon said that the personality award would make the memon community feel that their work and contribution are valued. Recognition promotes increased confidence and self-esteem. This translates to increased productivity, depending upon the nature of the business. These good vibes also translate to better relations among the business fraternity. Awards do not only acknowledge success, but also recognize ability, struggle, effort, and above all, excellence.

Mr. Shabbir Haroon pointed out that every project, small or big, starts with an idea or a concept that should be creative and innovative, and commercially viable. To carve a niche in such a crowded place is a challenge. Look out for finding new ways to solve problems as each day presents itself with a new set of challenges. Your efforts may have great tangible results. And it is just a matter of time and constant work and perseverance to get it.

Senior Vice President, Muhammad Arshad Jangda, said that Memons are no longer mere businessmen or industrialists, they are now among the most enlightened and progressive communities in the world. Memons are known for their involvement in philanthropy, social work, and business intellect at national and international levels.

Secretary General, Muhammad Umer Motlani, said that the All Pakistan Memon Federation (APMF) is an apex body of 78 jamaats and organizations. Since its formation in 1953, APMF has been doing commendable work in different sectors of society in Pakistan without any ethnic discrimination. Services of the Federation in the fields of education, health, and social sector are highly admirable. Memon Community not only has a larger share in the growth of business activities and economic prosperity but also plays a pivotal role in the development of Pakistan on every front.
