KARACHI: Biz Today International, one of the world pre-eminent 24-hour English language business publication hosted Biz Today Internationals Business Awards 2023 powered by Saving Home on Thursday, 14th December, 2023 at Marriott Hotel, Karachi.
Main objective of this award-ceremony was to acknowledge and appreciate the business-leaders, who are serving their respective communities and across business sectors of the country.
Biz Today Internationals Business Awards 2023 were anchored by Shazleen Vahidy Iqbal and as per routine, event formally kicked off with reciting of some verses from Holy Quran.
Muhamad Noman Ahmedani, co-founder and patron Biz Today International welcomed all the awardees, theirs families and guests. He also pre-congratulated all the awardees who were to receive their awards shortly.
During keynote speech Mairaj Qureshi a renowned businessman & patron Biz Today International shared his views regarding selfless approach by many-business leaders. He also acknowledged and appreciated the business-leaders, who are serving their respective communities and across business sectors of the country.
Award for being the Consistent Contributor to Business Community wen to Abdul Rauf Tabani and for being the Pioneer in Event Planning, Al Mustafa Catering were awarded, which was received by Naveed Moosani and Mustafa Moosani.
For selfless contribution in Social Welfare & Philanthropy Danish Amaan was awarded and for being the most innovative travel management company End to End Travel was awarded, which was received by their CEO Hanif Majeed. Award for most innovative jewelry designer went to AR Jewelry by Fatima Sayani, which was received by founder Fatima Sayani and most dynamic entrepreneur of the year award went to Deluxe Holidays, which was received by founder Fazal Majeed.
For being the best holistic rehabilitation and inclusion institute, Institute of Holistic Rehabilitation and Inclusion (IHRI) was awarded and Abdul Razzak Pardesi came up on behalf of IHRI. Most innovative business hotel was awarded to Marriott Hotel Karachi, which was received by. Raza Abbas Hotel Manager. For being the best business organization in tourism industry, Universal Brothers (Maxims Group of Companies) were recognized for their efforts and Junaid Abdul Kader received the award. In appreciation of outstanding contributions to the real-estate sector, Khalid Dhedhi was also recognized.
Most innovative dessert went to Meethos Ice-Cream and was received by Muhammad Saleem Iqbal, founder Meethos. For his distinctive contribution in timber sector, Sameer Sabir was rewarded. For being an inspiration for Services in Education Welfare Mehreen Mushtaq Kazi was recognized and for shining brightly in HVAC-R sector, Naureen Ghaffar was recognized.
Mr. Iqbal Advani, Chairman, Saving Home/Advani received the award for best multi-national departmental store, Saving Home. Award for the most innovative commercial property developer went to. Suffian Adhia. Sarwat Naseem Shah, CEO, Zaamin Group received her award for heading the best business organization in real-estate, Zaamin Group. Syeda Sadaf Kazmi owner & CEO Wrappings n More received her award for being the best textile designer.
Muhammad Siraj Iqbal received the award for the most innovative restaurant, Flamme Restaurant by United Caterings. Shazleen Vahidy Iqbal received her award for pioneer in event management, co-ordination & MC.
Hamza Jangda, CEO of Ethlon Holidays received the award of being the most innovative travel services company and Chef Saima Maqbool received her award for achieving distinction in the field of Culinary Education.
For working selflessly for betterment of community, Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Haji Masood Parekh.
