Reportage Properties, the leading UAE real estate developer, is holding a special sales day and a suhoor evening, at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal on Saturday, March 30, 2024.
The company is making special offers on local and international projects, with a special Ramadan night.
The “Reportage Properties” portfolio includes 33 projects in the UAE, Egypt, Turkey, Morocco and Saudi Arabia .
Reportage confirmed their interest in providing more special offers and discounts on all projects, in a way that meets the aspirations of buyers and investors, whether inside or outside the UAE, which enhances the company’s sales in all local and global projects.
“Reportage Properties” sales topped AED3.7bn ($1 billion) during 2023, compared to AED2.3bn during 2022, with a growth exceeding 60%. “Reportage” also achieved sales exceeding the one billion dirhams barrier, during the first two months this year. Total sales value exceeded AED4.7bn since the beginning of 2023, until the end of last month.
Reportage Properties confirmed that they will continue to launch more new projects in line with the requirements of customers and investors, inside and outside the UAE.
Reportage recently revealed the launch of the new “Royal Park” project in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, which consists of 844 residential units.
In Dubai, the company launched “Reportage Village” during the third quarter of 2023, which includes 1,767 residential units. They also launched the “Bianca” project in Dubai, which includes 653 townhouses.
Reportage confirmed the implementation of existing projects according to the specified time plan, so as to be handed over to buyers on the scheduled dates.
Reportage Properties recently completed the Oasis 2 project in Masdar City, which includes about 304 residential units.
Earlier last year, Reportage had begun the completion and handing over of the “Oasis Residence 1” in Masdar City, as well as the units of the “Leonardo Residence” in Masdar City, in addition to the units of the “Al Raha Lofts” project in Al Raha Beach area in Abu Dhabi.
The company also completed the first phase of the “Rakan Lofts” project, which the company is developing in the “Dubailand” area in cooperation with the “Continental Investment”.
