Conrad Dubai invites guests to celebrate Orthodox Easter with an exquisite Greek culinary experience at Anása’s Easter Sunday Brunch on 5th May, from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Guests can indulge in the alfresco experience and an authentic Greek feast featuring traditional dishes and vibrant flavours that capture the essence of the Mediterranean. The ambiance will be complemented by live Greek tunes, creating a festive atmosphere perfect for bringing family and friends together.
Pricing options include AED 320 per person, inclusive of still or sparkling water, or AED 380 per person, which includes a carafe of wine or ouzo (one carafe serves two people).
The culinary journey begins with a selection of appetisers, including house-made Pita Bread with extra virgin olive oil and Greek oregano, paired with meze options like Tyrokafteri (Feta cheese and Greek yoghurt spread, olive oil and smoked paprika), Tzatziki (Greek strained yoghurt, cucumber, fresh dill, olive oil, vinegar and garlic), Chicken Tigania (Quick sauté with bell peppers, onion, olive oil, white wine and fresh parsley) and more.
For meat lovers, the Easter BBQ meal platter offers a range of Greek-style grilled meats, including Roast Lamb, Mpiftekia, and Chicken Souvla. Accompanying the platter is a special Anása potato fries seasoned with wild oregano and grated feta cheese.
Finish off the meal on a sweet note with Tsoureki, a traditional Easter sweet fluffy bread flavoured with vanilla, orange zest and mahlepi.
