My journey started in 2009 where I learnt different techniques of baking and cooking. My passion for Baking and desserts started when I was a young girl; I used to go in my kitchen and make different things, explore different recipes and this journey started from there.
Eventually I started to take different classes from different places in Pakistan and then went to America to take special exclusive baking classes and fondant decoration classes in America. Then I came back to Pakistan in 2011 and opened my Facebook page under the name of Dessert Factory by Cyma.
There I took orders online for birthday parties, weddings etc. Then came along savoury dishes. I incorporated a few recipes in my menu eventually and opened the Cafe, Streatery, which had gourmet snacks, mostly fast food burger and exclusive desserts. I’m currently working with an event management company called CEBO.
I do various show cooking TV shows – they invite me for cooking classes. I am thankful to sir Rafiq Vayani, founder of Biz Today International who gave me the opportunity to give this success story, thank you so much.
