As a dietitian and nutritionist, Mariya embodies a passion for promoting health and wellness for the people. By mixing experience and compassion together, Mariya works tirelessly to work for her patients, crafting personalised nutrition plans made for their specific goals. Whether it’s guiding individuals towards weight management, managing chronic conditions and has also worked for children. Mariya’s approach to her work emphasizes the importance of balanced nutrition for overall well-being. Through her guidance and unwavering support, Mariya empowers her clients to form healthier habits, make better dietary choices, and follow a nourished and vibrant life.
She trained for NHDP in 2010 and later gained her degree: diploma in Nutrition and Diet planning from King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Hospital. She then worked in Lifeline Hospital, gaining experience and now also works online. She has continued to try her best and has attended many workshops and seminars over the years, to do so. She visited Dubai and attended: Nutrition and health for Kids in 2008, took a training course for Nutrition Health and development program, Saudi Arabia in 2010, attended an online seminar about Brain Development in Germany, attended a 3-day workshop about Nutrition Child Development in Malaysia in 2022, attended a 1-week 26th Biennial International Nutrition Conference in Lahore, PC hotel in 2022, attended 9th International Nutrition by Nutrition in Bhurban, PC hotel in 2023 and she was also a part of the Food Awareness session held by the Sindh Food Authority in 2024.
She is also part of the CAP, an organization that helps consumers by protecting their rights and holds the honourable position of Vice Chairperson.
Mariya is a wonderful singer who has worked on many projects. She wrote her first International School Reopening Song for Covid 19 and released it in 2021.
She has worked with Imran Kurd Studio One44 (Australia). Most of her music is arranged by Singer Tariq Hussain most famous Composer and Music Director from (India).
She has written beautiful dedicated poetry for Pakistani seniors and celebrities. Her Famous tribute poetry is for Peshawar attack and Dr. Abdul Qadeer . One of her famous Poetry on social media is Zaroori and Pagal larka . She has also written school rhymes such as *Mein to ek pari hoon, * * Awo ek nazam likhte hain* , Popo ki gari and Baat hai garbar suno re bhaiya. and many more.
Know she wrote another beautiful composition on Rabi Ul Awal 2024 Kalam SARKAR and got again Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah Leadership Award from Honourable Governor Kamran Khan Tessori.
