The Imperial Tutorial College (ITC), powered by Image Pakistan Ltd., hosted a successful Open Day for its Associate Degree Program & Undergraduate Degree in Fashion Design, in partnership with Nisantashi Universtiy, Turkiye. ITC’s faculty welcomed a large number of prospective students and their families at its state-of-the-art campus on Shahrah-e-Faisal, inviting them to explore its state-of-the-art facilities, meet esteemed faculty members, and interact with current students.
The ITC Open Day commenced with registrations and was followed by a comprehensive campus tour. The Welcome Address was made by Saira Danish Ahmed, Department Head ITC; she touched on Imperial Tutorial College’s dedication to fostering a new generation of innovative & skilled fashion professionals, offering them an atelier-like learning environment. Founded in 2020, ITC’s rigorous and comprehensive approach to education blends theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience, shaping students into forward-thinking, technically-proficient individuals ready to excel in the global fashion landscape.
ITC is powered by Image Pakistan, one of Pakistan’s leading retail high-street fashion brands with an ever-growing local and international presence, renowned for being the pioneer of Schiffli embroidery in Pakistan. The ITC fashion design college is founded and operated by Image, with a vision to help fashion designers by offering them unique and real-world learning, along with hands-on experience. Students at ITC often secure internship opportunities at Image, and participate in mentorship programs with its leading designers.
The ITC Open Day saw heavy footfall by the media industry, covering this prestigious event. A highlight of the event was the presence of renowned fashion journalist and critic Maliha Rehman, Senior Fashion Writer, Dawn alongside other notable media personalities. Engaging with students, she shared insights about the fashion industry. Her participation underscored ITC’s reputation as a premier institution for fashion education in Karachi.

Faculty members were on hand to answer questions and provide detailed information about the programs offered. Prospective students were informed about the upcoming admission test for the Associate Degree Program in Fashion Design, scheduled for August 4, 2024.
