DUBAI: Dubai Racing Club has revealed an exciting lineup of all-new hospitality packages ahead of the dazzling annual Dubai Racing Carnival, which makes its return to Meydan Racecourse on Friday 8 November with 16 dates of world-class race meets.
From equestrian enthusiasts and horseracing experts to families and friends seeking a fresh and exciting social scene, every guest can now discover a perfectly tailored experience to guarantee an unforgettable evening of sporting thrills and outstanding hospitality. Casual comfort or luxurious five-star experiences and lots more in between await racegoers, who can opt tosoak up the atmosphere rail-side as finely-honed thoroughbreds thunder past or watch the action while sampling five-star cuisine at a diverse selection of restaurants, private rooms or corporate suites.
At each meeting, visitors will witness top international jockeys and horses in action as they compete for lucrative prize money.
Guaranteeing a memorable experience both on and off the track, every event is packed with live entertainment, delicious dining, crafted experiences, alfresco settings, big-prize competitions. This year, the exclusive lineup of brand-new hospitality packages adds even more excitement to the thrill of experiencing this iconic sporting spectacle like never before.
The hospitality packages are available throughout the season for race meetings happening on Fridays until the end of March, including three not-to-be-missed Feature Days. On 20 December, Santa and his friends will spread winter cheer at Festive Friday, on 24 January trendsetters can step out in style for Fashion Friday, and on 1 March, Emirates Super Saturday will bring some serious Stakes action.
HOSPITALITY PACKAGES FOR EVERY OCCASION
Parade Ring Lounge Night Brunch: The Parade Ring Lounge is the hub of the action, where guests are perfectly positioned to witness the horses pre- and post-race while indulging in a delectable night brunch. The package includes a generous buffet, well-stocked bar, live entertainment, and access to an outdoor area with fantastic views, promising a great evening out with friends, family or colleagues. The Soft Beverage package is priced at AED 315 and the House Beverage package is AED 415.
Paddock View: Situated on the fifth floor of the iconic grandstand, the Paddock View restaurant package includes a delicious premium buffet and free-flow drinks which guests can savour while taking in sweeping views of the racing action from the outdoor terrace, or soaking up the serene atmosphere inside, where soft lounge music will set a backdrop for an elegant and memorable evening. The Soft Beverage package is AED 415, the House Beverage package is AED 515, entry for children aged between six and 12-years-old is AED 125, and little ones aged five and under can enjoy complimentary access.
Winner’s Circle Restaurant: The Winner’s Circle Restaurant is the place for guests seeking an elevated and exclusive evening. Here, breathtaking panoramic views of the races are paired with a delectable four-course set menu. Visitors can relax in a dedicated lounge and outdoor grandstand seating, where they can witness the action in complete comfort. The package includes free-flowing sparkling wine and a selection of other beverages for AED 615, or guests can opt for the Soft Beverage package at AED 515.
Private Suites: The Meydan Racecourse private suites offer a supreme blend of elegance and exclusivity, providing an intimate and luxurious setting for an exceptional horseracing experience. Ideal for any occasion, the suites accommodate groups of all sizes, from small gatherings of 10 to grand events for up to 500 guests. With breathtaking views of the track, guests can enjoy exquisite international cuisine and premium beverages, all while being attended to by a dedicated team catering to every need. Three premium package options are available: the Soft Beverage package at AED 425, the House Beverage package at AED 525, and the Premium Beverage experience at AED 625. Children’s menus are also available.
Showstopping Ladies’ Nights: A fabulously glamorous and value-packed evening awaits at Ladies’ Night, held on the last Friday of each month. Friends can gather for an unforgettable experience in the stylish and social Parade Ring Lounge, where they can enjoy live racing in a buzzing atmosphere. For AED 345, guests can indulge in unlimited selected house drinks and delicious cuisine, creating the perfect combination of luxury, fun, and excitement for a night out with the girls.
Trackside by McGettigan’s Admission: Trackside by McGettigan’s provides the perfect setting for a relaxed and fun-filled evening with friends and family. This vibrant outdoor space offers something for everyone, featuring a children’s playground, family entertainment, and delicious food and drinks from McGettigan’s. Whether guests want to unwind or join in the excitement, it’s an ideal spot for all ages. Entry is AED 180 for families, AED 65 for adults, and AED 50 for kids aged 12 and under.
General Admission: The spacious apron area, situated between the track and the grandstand, provides fantastic views of the thoroughbreds and horse connections. Guests can enjoy a range of dining options at the Food Court while immersing themselves in the excitement of the races. With entry priced at just AED 5, it’s an exhilarating and affordable way to experience all the action.
Season Pass and Memberships: Secure access to the entire season of exhilarating horseracing action with exclusive benefits and discounts. The Dubai Racing Carnival Membership, priced at AED 4795, offers full-season access, unlimited food and beverage, lounge entry, discounted additional tickets, and more. The Trackside Season Pass is available for AED 730, providing a 30% saving, along with additional perks. Alternatively, the General Public Season Pass grants full-season admission for AED 70, also saving 30%.
