PARIS/DUBAI: This year SIAL Paris celebrates its’ 60th anniversary. SIAL is the largest food trade exhibition held every 2 years in Paris, France. The 2024 edition of SIAL Paris held from October 19 to 23 welcomed over 285000 food industry professionals from over 200 countries.
Among 7500 exhibitors participating in SIAL Paris 2024 is FJT or Fresh Juice Tea, a Dubai-based startup producing unique tea soaked in fresh fruit juices of pineapple or ginger in Vietnam. FJT became a part of 100 selected innovative startups featured in a special SIAL Startup Zone.
FJT products JuicyTea – tea soaked in fresh fruit juices and GraviTea – tea soaked in graviola juice (which is yet to launch) became a part of SIAL Innovation Paris 2024 selection. The exclusive manufacturing technology of blending tea, fresh fruits and fresh fruit juices paired with the unlikely flavor combinations like ginger, orange and raspberry or pineapple, apple and sea-buckthorn are the key reasons for the selection. Only 5% of all exhibitors were chosen by the French expert committee to be included in the SIAL Innovation Selection for 2024.
More than 1000 visitors from the food and beverage industry highly appreciated FJT products for the bursting fruit flavor both in cold and hot brewing. Moreover, the glass bottle packaging attracted the eyes of many for the innovative to the tea industry packaging.
While JuicyTea from FJT is not yet available for sale in France, it can be easily found in UAE through Al Rifai stores and online shopping on Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem. It can be also found in Mansour Trading stores and on Talabat.
FJT already won a Best Beverage Product at Gulfood Innovation Awards 2023, since expanding to be successfully featured in supermarkets in Bahrain, Al Rifai stores across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE.
