KARACHI: On 25 February 2025, Mr. Surashete Boontinand, Consul General of Thailand in Karachi, attended the International conference on “ Exploiting Tourism Potential of Pakistan: Lessons from Southeast Asia ” at the University of Sindh, Jumshoro, where he delivered a speech on the topic of Thai tourism.
The Consul General shared Thailand’s experiences in tourism with Pakistani scholars and researchers and believed that this would be a good platform for Pakistan to learn from Thailand’s experiences and at the same time Thailand would use this opportunity to strengthen relations with various sectors of Pakistan.
