ABU DHABI: The 13-member delegation of Pakistan Southern Africa Business Forum will attend the Textile Exhibition-TEXPO in Lahore during its visit to Pakistan from 11th to 18th April 2019. Led by PSABF Chairman Muhammad Rafiq Memon the delegation will also have representatives of some major South African companies who have desired to invest in Pakistan in the field of agriculture, aviation, infrastructure development, tourism, constructions and oil industry.

“Various investment plans and joint venture would be worked out on this occasion with signing of memorandum of understanding (MoU) worth many million dollars between South African and Pakistani firms”, stated by Mr. Rafiq Memon.

“This would provide considerable boost to the local economy in Pakistan and pave way for creation of more jobs especially in the industrial sector”, He said adding that the PSABF already sent letter to many chambers of trade and commerce in Pakistan as well as the concerned ministry in this connection.

This may be noted that Mr. Rafiq Memon has been working on this plan for two years as he had meetings with the chamber of commerce and trade ministry officials to provide helping hand in promoting the foreign investment in Pakistan.
