Pearl-Continental to host Brazilian Soul, Food and Music Festival

KARACHI: To celebrate of the vibrant Brazilian culture, Pearl-Continental Hotel Karachi and EIGHTEEN are going to host a three-day Brazilian Soul, Food and Music Festival in collaboration with the Embassy of Brazil.

The festival will kick off at the hotel on 26th September 2019 and will attract food and music enthusiasts in Karachi.

The Brazilian Guest Chef Kiki Ferrari, accompanied by the Executive Chef of Pearl-Continental Hotel Karachi Chef Nouman Iftikhar, will be preparing a variety of dishes from Brazilian Cuisine. Guests will also be able to enjoy sizzling Brazilian barbeque at the festival.

Offering a slice of authentic Brazilian Cuisine, the festival will combine traditional Brazilian spices in a flavorful combination of dishes. From roasted meats to toasted Cassava Flour; from pickled chilies to smoky stews – the tastes of Brazilian Cuisine are as wide and varied as the country itself.

The festival is being hosted in partnership with EIGHTEEN, a luxury real estate development, being developed by Ora Developers in partnership with Saif Group and in conjunction with Kohistan Builders & Developers, covering an area of 2.7 million sq yards (2.2 million sq m).

The festival will also have food kiosks featuring Brazilian specialties including Brazilian-style Cold Meat, Mixed Seafood Salad, Amazonian Whole Fish, Grilled Lamb Chops with Creamy Polenta and much more.

Adding to the ambience, the famous Brazilian DJ Tamara Maravilha will keep guests entertained with her exciting mix of musical performances. The festival was also organized in Islamabad Marriott Hotel and Pearl-Continental Hotel Lahore. News Desk
